trying to get service :)

You would think this is something I’d learn right?

Nope, after a whole day wasted, it’s tomorrow, and I am still not done with homework…

I thought… Maroon 5 is worth not doing homework.  A nap is worth not doing homework. Heck doing LAUNDRY is worth not doing homework…

Why did I graduate college, to do laundry, nap and waste my time… (ok Maroon 5 was not so much the waste of time, because they sounded lovely) but I have to wake up for my 8 hours of work, come home to do more homework before I make my mad dash to school to take a quiz and sit in class for 4 hours, and then come home to turn in an assignment and do another test online before 12 tomorrow… The next 23.5 hours are going to be so great!

My thoughts… since I DO LIKE MUSICALS :D

1) Alex Wong  FROM SYTYCD… WHO I DEFINITELY LOVED… was on SMASH?! :]

2) Emmett Forest from Legally Blonde the Musical… aka Christian Borle playing the gay friend Tom, was funny… different… interesting…

3) I have no idea who Katharine McPhee was, but I am glad she won the American Idol thing, she has a good voice!

4) Debra Messing… throwback to Will&Grace, :D also a good thing…

5) Jack Davenport, and some of the other higher celebs are whatev’s for now… I’m intrigued enough to wait for the second episode :]

Took my time to customize a mighty wallet… for my brother… only because he is the best and for christmas he customized a moleskin for me to use this year :)

I hope it isn’t too girly for him…

Welcoming 2012, I look onto my computer and see my cousins played on photobooth… but my favorite ones have to be where I taught them how to do it in the first place… <3

Now that it is a New Year, I get to reflect already on the changes that have occurred since 2011.

Hopefully as I start my new adventures, God will guide me to a new church, new job opportunities and new loves.

As I go from San Jose Korean Presbyterian Church, I’m relieved to have some time for me to really catch up with God.  I think serving is a calling that I have, but maybe it is His will for me to take a break… a small and glorious one.  Then the search for where to serve will continue as I already have been called into other Children’s Ministries.  I think change must be good, there was no progress that happened without change and without a shake up.  No one gets remembered in history by just doing nothing.  And like progress and history, I want to DO SOMETHING!

My New Years Resolution shall be to DO! to change my perspective every month.  To set smaller goals and have more stories to fill my life with.  More laughs and crinkles around my tiny eyes.  I am going to LIVE so that I can FEEL.

My next adventures will be in an office, but only time can tell of what laughter can come from an office (a sitcom about an office only proves that there are hysterics…  except mine wont be at a paper company)… and I am now excited about the slopes in a way that is almost utterly tangible!

All I know is God is directing my every move and I can hear him whispering encouragement every step I take.  All day I have read encouragements that are perfect for starting 2012.

He went out, not knowing where he was going —Hebrews 11:8

That is my life.

…with man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible -Matthew 19:26

This is my reminder of the Truth.

“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.” -1 Timothy 4:12

My Goal.

Through all things, I know he is with me so who can be against me… even when those who look like sheep are in wolves clothing, I hope that I can stand ever so ready knowing my shepherd is watching over me.  And with that, I am ready to tackle the odds!
